Green Teas

Green tea is processed using either artisanal or modern methods, undergone minimal oxidation and fermentation yielding the most original flavor. Typical steeping temperature is between 140°F to 185°F depending on the variety. Steeping green tea too hot or too long will result in a bitter, astringent brew, regardless of the initial quality. Green tea is known for it’s bioactive compounds aiding weight loss, lowering various health risks, and antioxidants. Though green tea increase stomach acid and contain minor amount of caffeine, the health benefits still well outweighs the risks.
