White Phoenix is a classic variety in the Rock Tea family along with Big Red Robe and Drunken Eight. In the oolong family it is considered as a heavy-fermented tea. Dark burgundy tea broth tastes fruity and earthy. Carries an easy-to-love dry fruit note similar to English Breakfast tea or unflavored black tea.
